Add CMAKE_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR setting under UWP, Linux, and Darwin.
If explicitly specified VCPKG_CMAKE_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR in triplet files, CMAKE_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR is set to specified architecture.
