Improve the logic expression evaluation currently used when filtering
dependencies.

Biggest improvements:
+  Allow '|' operator
+  Support nested '()'
+  Allow whitespace
+  Useful error message for malformed expressions

Also changed names of types to RawParagraph when that is what the original author was using.
