Fix Gtest port fails install when one of the configuration is set to VCPKG_BUILD_TYPE (#2359)
* Support build with master/HEAD
Gtest will be able to build with master/HEAD.
* Fix install when one of the configuration is set to VCPKG_BUILD_TYPE
