Applied the easiest fix for memory leak, and documented the remaining issues.
The easy fix was to replace the JNI_COMMIT argument by 0 in calls to ReleaseDoubleArrayElement()

The remaining issues would require more work. This commit has been done mostly for the record.
A replacement for those functions has been proposed on the mailing list.
